8. Terms of Sale

By accessing the website at and/or purchase the Products via website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Sale as an integral part of the "Terms and Conditions", all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. All purchases of products carried out through the Website by clients/customers/users who access the Website are governed by these Terms and Conditions and by the legislation of Romania unless otherwise provided directly.

At the execution of the purchase, pursuant to the procedure, the client/customer/user agrees and undertakes to comply with these Terms.

Prior to carrying out any purchase transaction, the client/customer/user is therefore required to carefully read the Terms and Conditions made available by Belsalute also for the purpose of allowing them to be saved or printed in compliance with the provisions of law.

  1. a. Products, pricing, delivery

All the Products on sale are illustrated in detail on the Website, in their respective section. The visual display of Products on the Website, where available, has an approximate value only, and it is usually in the form of a photo image of the Products themselves, with the sole purpose to present them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment by Belsalute regarding the exact match of the image depicted on the Website with the actual Product; this specifically refers to the actual dimensions and/or colours of the Products and/or the packages. In case of a difference between the image and the written product specifications, the latter will always prevail.

All Product prices are clearly indicated on the Site and include VAT and shipping expenses. Shipping expenses are adequately displayed at the time of the order. The cost for each shipment may vary, depending on the shipping and payment methods as well as the final destination and total order amount.

Belsalute shall issue an invoice for the purchased Products the moment said Products are turned over to the courier for shipping. When issuing the invoice, Belsalute relies on the information provided by the client/customer/user. Once the invoice is issued it will not be possible to make any changes to this information.

The purchased products may be paid by means of credit card, PayPal or, when available, in cash, according to the methods specified by the client/customer/us via the direct connection with operator. Belsalute agrees to deliver the Products without undue delay and in any case within 10 days from the execution of the order. Products are delivered by way of courier, and delivery times vary depending on the place of destination. In any event, the delivery dates indicated at the time the purchase order is placed are approximate.

Belsalute will not be liable in any way towards the client/customer/user for any delays in filling the order or in delivering the Products listed in the Courier Service Policies. The ordered Products will be sent to the mailing address specified by the client/customer/user.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, except on national holidays, according to the terms and conditions set forth by the courier. The delivery is deemed to have been completed when the Products are made available to the client/customer/user at the address specified on the order form. In the event that a delivery cannot be made due to the recipient’s absence at the specified address, the courier will send an e-mail and reattempt delivery according to the terms and conditions set forth by the courier. If delivery cannot be completed the following day either, again due to the recipient's absence, Customer Service will attempt to contact the Client in order to schedule a new delivery date. In the event that Customer Service is not able to contact the Client over the next 10 days and if delivery continues to be impossible due to the recipient's absence, the Products listed in the order will be returned to Belsalute. Once 30 (thirty) days have elapsed from the date the Products listed in the order were returned to Belsalute because it was not possible to complete the delivery, the contract will be terminated and the purchase order cancelled pursuant to applicable law. Belsalute will then proceed to refund the amount paid by the client/customer/user net of the costs incurred to return the Products and of expenses for their storage at the facilities of the courier in charge of their delivery.

At the time of delivery of the Products by the courier hired by Belsalute, the client/customer/users required to carefully check:

  1. that the tamper-proof label is intact and the packaging has not been damaged or otherwise altered.
  2. that the number of delivered pieces matches the amount indicated in the shipping document.

The Client must immediately report any damage to the tamper-proof label, to the packaging or to the Products or if the number of units/packages or indications do not match, by contacting Belsalute’s Customer Service, indicating the order for which these problems occurred.

Belsalute provides its clients/customers/users with the high-quality natural cosmetic products and food supplements. All products have been developed with the most advanced technology and are made according to rigorous quality control standards. Belsalute uses only high standards and certified facilities for manufacturing of its products. All manufacturing facilities are located in EU. Please, be informed that Belsalute is not responsible for using by client/customer/user any products after expiration date dedicated on each product.

For orders fulfilled by Belsalute, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. You must notify Belsalute in writing (the appropriate return form will be attached to the order) that you are returning your purchase within 30 days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product. Please, follow the return instructions described in the return form mentioned above. In any case, the client/customer/user cannot exercise the right to withdrawal in the case of sealed goods which are not returnable for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Your refund will be processed, once it has been delivered to our warehouse and within 3 working days of arriving back to us. If the client/customer/user terminates the order, all the payments made in favour of Belsalute will be refunded, including costs of delivery. Refunds can take up to 1 week to show on your account; this is due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment. Note, that in no event will any Belsalute be liable for fees or charges payable in connection with currency exchange or for any losses incurred as a result of fluctuations in currency exchange rates. In no event will cash refunds be made because Belsalute does not provide cash refunds to clients/customers/users.

You (client/customer/user) have certain rights under the law. These include that any products supplied by Make Profit SRL will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect these statutory rights. If we (Belsalute) breach these Terms and Conditions we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach, up to a maximum of the purchase price of your order. Information provided about the products is intended to be used for educational or informational purposes only. The statements and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. Please consult with your own doctor or health care practitioner regarding the suggestions and recommendations made on the Website.

With current technology it is not possible to develop and operate computer programs (software) and data processing systems (hardware) entirely without error, or to rule out any unpredictable events in connection with the internet. Belsalute provides no guarantee for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the Website.

Neither Belsalute nor its official representatives are responsible for:

Losses not caused by our breach;

Indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us at the time of entering into this agreement, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; Failure to provide the Website or to meet any of our obligations under this agreement where such failure is due to Events Beyond Our (Belsalute) Control;

Loss of revenue;

Loss of business.

"Events Beyond Our (Belsalute) Control" means any cause beyond our reasonable control which prevents us from providing the Website or fulfilling any of our other obligations under this agreement and includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident, terrorist activity and acts of God. Copyright and other intellectual property rights. Your use of the Website grants no rights to you in relation to copyright, design rights, trade marks or other of our intellectual property rights (or the intellectual property rights of third parties). Belsalute provides the Website to you (client/customer/user) solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You (client/customer/user) may electronically copy and print only those areas of the Website which are required in the process of using the Website as a shopping resource. The content of the Website may not be used for any other purpose without Belsalute’s express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions as well as any other Policies, contract entered into with the client/customer/user are governed by law of Romania by default, without prejudice to the application of EC regulations and of international treaties, where applicable, as well as national consumer protection regulations unless otherwise specified.

Any controversy arising from or relating to the interpretation, execution, validity or efficacy of these terms and conditions as well as any other Policies and of any other contract entered into with the client/customer/user will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bucharest, Romania.
